Water well drill rods are manufactured by a process developed by us in order to achieve.

Our water well drill rods encompasses all the advantages of friction welded drill
rods. We have a unique process where in, we machine the threads of the coupling after
welding the heat treated blank coupler on to the tube, which ensures 100% concentricity with the tube. The blank couplers are first
shrunk fitted on the tube and then welded with a SPM which rotates the tube automatically
and mig welded. The welding wire used is of a very high quality
having tensile strength 95 to 100 kg/sq.cm. The rods are also available with nitrided tool joints.
